A repair is more than replacing the most visible damaged shingle. Fastener placement, underlayment continuity, flashing laps, ventilation and manufacturer instructions can determine whether the repair will last.
If a localized repair is appropriate, we will explain the scope. If existing materials cannot be manipulated without causing additional damage, or if widespread deterioration makes a repair unreliable, we will explain that too.

Can you repair only a few missing shingles?
Often, but it depends on the age, condition, availability and dimensions of the existing shingles. We inspect the surrounding area before recommending the repair.
Does a roof leak always mean I need replacement?
No. Many leaks come from isolated flashing, penetration or shingle failures. The inspection determines whether the issue is localized or part of a broader system problem.
Do you repair storm-damaged roofs?
Yes. We inspect wind, hail and falling-object damage and can document the construction conditions when an insurance claim is involved.
